When you share your goals with your network, pick the ones that feel right for the situation. Not all goals fit every context, so think about what makes sense for your audience and the moment. Choose goals that resonate with you and your audience, keeping it real and building connections that matter in your personal and professional journey.

When I began openly discussing my Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound goals with colleagues and industry connections, it created opportunities for collaboration and support.
