Well every leader was once a follower or a disciple to some other person that were ahead of him then, and for the fact that, he emerged as a leader means he was an active follower. And so when building a team you've to first confirm the competency of your employees. And then classify their various characteristics. Once everyone got the idea automatically resiliency is enforced. Build your boundaries and let them know about it, and like polarization every team must have their own resilient power Let the cooperation between team members be authentic people protects their interest so much, so you as a leader you must be capable of stating down the principles and knowledge of your organization. Let them know the boundaries and the implications
