I believe in the FinOps approach to ensure that Business, Ops, and Finances speak the same language they all understand. Servant Leaders must lead by example and promote a culture of accountability, responsibility and ownership. You can do that by making sure that there is holistic visibility and transparency in the financial processes that you follow. The owner of the Product or Service should understand intimately what value means from the economic perspective and what exactly it mean for the Product or Service that you own to be "cost-effective".

Sharing knowledge, responsibility, and trust.
