Also, maybe stop depending on CNC for prototyping and bring in some talented staff who know how to make molds, focusing on small run fabrication before dedicating resources to CNC molds for injection molds that cost a small fortune.

R&D is crucial for economic growth, social progress, and environmental protection, requiring collaboration among related functions for a sustainable future. Identification and Development of new eco-friendly products, services and processes which can benefit to the whole universe. Having low environmental impact, human activities. Need to more work on renewable energies, zero emission, recycling of all kinds of wastes. Moreover, focusing and use of alternative resources; windmill, solar and effluent waste water. Conversion of synthetic into nature friendly products. So, combine effort is of paramount for development and implementation for sustainable solutions.

Sections 1 to 6 are all important steps in formulating a successful R&D project and achieving tangible outcomes. However, what is not covered (and which greatly determines whether the project outcomes get implemented at all) is the applicability to current business/operational processes. The opportunity costs to revamp equipment and change existing supply chains will be too high for any business to handle. Hence, a survey of current processes and supply chain components should be done prior to the formulation of the project, to ensure that any ensuing development is compatible with existing assets, to minimise disruption, costs and go-to-market lag.
