Leading by example became a natural extension of my own passion. I joined my team in impromptu shooting sessions, eagerly discussing new techniques and sharing my own experimentation. At the end of the day, if you aren’t having fun then what is the point. Surround yourself with people you enjoy being around. Your team should be flexible and eager to complete the task. Leave the ego at the door and hopefully you team will follow suit.
