Mobile devices with appropriate management solution such as Vmware Workspace UEM, MobileIron, Intune enable employee to access information anytime, anywhere, with top notch security in palce. You just need to be on internet connection with your mobile. With work enbaled mobile apps for respective tasks you can achive alot for which you normally depend upon computers. In today's time alot of products have mobile apps to achieve most of the task and companies also have less stress to allow and manage mobile based access to coporate senstive data and management tools are evolved drastically to provide end to end control of device, data and access at the same time allows end user to have easy of access.

In my experience. Mobile devices facilitate seamless collaboration among team members by enabling quick communication through messaging apps and video calls. You can also use project management apps to update task progress, assign responsibilities, and monitor timelines, ensuring everyone stays on the same page. Lately on the startup I'm leading, we've been using Slack for our communications. It's very effective when it comes to instant messaging and plus has all the features a team might need. We use different channels for the many different tasks we're working on at the moment and we make sure to only add the relevant people to the right channels, so the team doesn't get overloaded with unneeded information. However, we leave the channels open in case they want to see the work we're all doing and take it as inspiration for their own tasks or for all of us to be on the same page regarding progress. Last but not least, there's a plugin called MatterBot, with which I'm constantly asking for feedback from the team and they all participate.

Contaré, pues, algunos ejemplos personales en este entorno. En los últimos a?os, y por motivos de trabajo, me he tenido que enfrentar a grandes desafíos que han implicado una revisión constante de los proyectos de contenido digital. Una tarea ardua y compleja puesto que intervienen numerosos equipos multidisciplinares. Durante momentos, no siempre estamos frente al ordenador o equipo principal, pero sí desde tenemos acceso desde un móvil. Lo que antes podría tardar horas y necesitar tiempo en llamadas (algunas no siempre efectivas) se puede lograr ahora a través de un “smartphone”. Por ejemplo, desde el paquete Drive de Google acceder a los repositorios de los proyectos o consultar y actualizar el Excel de presupuestos.

Very often mobile devices are a great add-on to standard tools used on a laptop or desktop computer. Some of the use cases for project management take into consideration the different form factor of the mobile phone, the ease of taking pictures and uploading them straight into the Project Management software. With notifications we cannot only be up-to-date with the projects stage but also react quickly to important milestones as they happen in real time.

Let's think beyond smart phones. Augmented reality is made possible by the use of mobile devices. This can help the construction industry train more craft workers while we still building buildings the old-fashioned way, one brick, stick and screw at a time. Augmented reality in the field is only possible using mobile devices. I saw early prototypes at a meeting a few years ago, where the construction documents were digital and a pipe installer could see in front of him the next pieces needed for assembly. What else is possible?
