A test and learn approach is always my favorite. You want to encourage your teams to see opportunities and feel empowered to see if they can make them work. This is powerful because inspiration is all around. You can see how others in your industry do something, you can leverage how a similar problem was solved in another industry, you can look to solve things how you would like them to be as a customer... Possibilities are endless. When we put effort into trying and creating, we learn much faster and more effectively than simply trying to solve the problem "on paper" before we implement.
