During the interview jot down notes about the posting that seem intriguing to you. Maybe this job isn't as interesting as you had thought it might be. Or maybe it is. You could make a pro/con list of the things that you like about it. -If you don't apply for it you could reach out to the recruiting department or person and let them know that this is a dream job that you'd love to be able to apply for one day. Do they have any advice or particular skillset that they are looking for in a candidate? Then once you have more facts and information, start to build your road map to that job.

My goal to use my current library research to grow as a library professional. - The challenges I am facing so far are simply a lack of exposure to diverse techniques when performing needs assessments and collecting data. As I continue to gain experience in the field, my knowledge and understanding will grow. - Thankfully, I have opportunities to grow through trainings and libguides. I use these along with the help of my supervisor to grow in the profession. - I have crafted a list of SMART Goals that will help guide me professionally. Through these goals, I have been able to start a literature review that will help aid me in conducting a needs assessment of my own. I'm really excited about this!

The way I find my personal development is always starting from - listen to the feedback from my colleagues/manager on what I could do better - look for one area that you are passionate about - pick one topic that you want to improve - set your own milestone with a timeline to make the different on this topic you pick up

To adapt my current career with how do I evaluate the data resource from library service, I would go for - Use my keyword to look for some information. This can be vage where you get millions of things as the result of how you search which the best way to identify the accuracy or relevance of the data to what you are looking for is checking out the table content -Data quality if you are reading the journal, you need to check their scope, area, and also the sample size if it fit with what you are improving or not
