By focusing on minimising waste and maximising value, I've found that projects often stay on track and even finish ahead of schedule. Implementing the pull planning method, where tasks are planned in reverse from a milestone, allows for better coordination and flow. It also helps in identifying critical dependencies early. Collaborative planning with all stakeholders ensures everyone's aligned and invested in the schedule. Overall, lean construction has proven a key ingredient in driving efficiency and effectiveness in my construction projects.

The integration of a productive process, including the concepts of continuous improvement.. this is how lean construction is historically defined however I can add that the environmental impacts which change the schedule and needs pre-planning and studying each country construction principles, In addition of the coordination of all parties are major challenges!

The LPS is a holistic system for project production designed to improve outcomes in the construction phase and produce predictable workflow. The Last Planner System allows to find and address potential barriers before they slow down the flow.
