I employ a three-bucket strategy for task prioritization: Critical, Urgent, and Important. Critical tasks are those that should have been completed already or need to be done within the next 24 hours. Urgent tasks have a 72-hour completion window before they escalate to critical status. Anything beyond this timeframe falls into the Important category. This approach requires daily re-evaluation of tasks, ideally at both the start and end of each day.
