En mis a?os de experiencia muy pocas veces he visto a un superior dar retroalimentación de las evaluaciones realizadas, lo cual nos deja con una incertidumbre pues cómo mejorar algo si no sabemos lo que estamos haciendo mal. Y el otro extremo es ver que no hay una valoración por el buen desempe?o, lo cual desmotiva y nos hace pensar que da igual hacerlo o no.
