I believe HR is not just about Recruitment and engagement.. it's much more!! As the trends of startup is booming .. a need for freelancing HR will also come into picture. There is a need for -getting right talent -managing payroll -attendance management -HRIS -engagement -policy updates -workforce management -creating culture -HR operations -L&D So on and so forth... So pick up one or 2 skills to master in and become a freelancer !!
