I'm constantly saying that "career is fluid" meaning that changes are likely to happen in your career. As you gain skills and experiences you'll learn about yourself and grow. Insight and new opportunities that you couldn't have planned are likely to present themselves. Plan with a willingness to adapt.

Develop a step-by-step plan to achieve your career goals. Break down the plan into manageable tasks and set deadlines. Consider how your skills and interests may evolve over time.
