Ouvir todo o feedback sem interromper - sem querer dar explica??o desse ou daquele ponto - é essencial. Assim quem está lhe dando o feedback consegue transmitir toda a mensagem e você ganha o "tempo" para assimular tudo que foi dito. Se você n?o concorda com algo, evita "explodir" no momento. Agrade?a a pessoa pelo feedback, diga que você precisa de um tempo para organizar tudo que foi dito e que depois vocês conversam. Eu tento aplicar a CNV e n?o ser impulsiva/e as vezes forte na resposta.

Se atenha aos fatos, e a partir daí classifique se foi algo positivo, negativo, construtivo e porque eles foram classificados assim. Se tem pontos que precisam ser ajustados - n?o tenha medo de pedir ajuda. Eu uso muito o discurso: "Entendi que nesse tópico eu tenho pontos a melhorar, você poderia me ajudar a criar algumas a??es para isso e durante os próximos meses, marcarmos 1 ou 2 conversas para analisarmos como estou indo?"
