Feedbacks play a crucial role in everyone's Life, the main thing is we as a society we accepts only the appreciation not the criticism. It takes both rain and sun for a plant to grow,the person who is giving us negative feedback should give feedback in such a way that we get motivated and for that he should start with our achievements with emphasis on how the recipient can turn their weakness into strength.
