How much capacity they truly have for learning and what motivates them to take on this journey... remember that you are an expert in your eco system and you are choosing to step into the beginners mindset.. this requires reversal of roles... asking for help, rather than being the expert asked for coaching... lots to internally reflect, to truly put effort into right avenues that will produce results for the individual. Also, keep reflecting back if any of the above conclusions changes as you go. Never too late to pivot.
