Siendo que no soy un experto en abastecimiento energético pero si un ciudadano concienciado sobre la temática, encuentro que lo que falta realmente son profesionales y/o grupos de trabajo con capacidad de análisis y poanificacion estratégica. Esto aplica, por supuesto, a Espa?a pero sin duda también a la UE pues solo falta ver los bandazos que vamos dando en los últimos dos a?os (que en realidad son más).

Hoy el gran problema de la transición energética a la electrificación con ER, asociado con la Planificación de las mismas, es que dadas las dificultades asociadas a la tramitología (Fotovoltaica, Eólica y Almacenamiento Hidroeléctrico) y la dificultad incluso mayor de poder localizar con preferencia generación en las localizaciones con los mayores Factores de Capacidad y con el recurso más descorrelacionado de la misma fuente en otras localizaciones, no ayuda a que los Promotores de Proyectos o los Generadores de energía se preocupen de hibridar con el resultado final que proporcione el Coste Nivelado de la Energía para el Sistema más bajo, ya que sumar generación con los más bajos LCOEs no resulta finalmente la más barata para el Sistema

Hoy dados los problemas de congestión en redes, de falta de nudos con capacidad, de problemas de desvíos y "curtailments", incluso los costos de conexión o los peajes y cargos de acceso, hacen muy atractivo en ciertas localizaciones, en los que exista una buena oportunidad topográfica para instalar una Central Reversible competitiva y coincida un recurso eólico con un alto factor de capacidad, al que se le puede sumar generación PV con un FC>18%, el operar "offgrid" (esto es posible en diferentes regiones de Espa?a, no en todas), para evitar tener que pedir conexión a la Red siempre que se manejen los rangos de potencias instaladas que requieren menos trámites. Ello obliga a la instalación de "líneas dedicadas" y un PPA con una industria
