In my experience, cross-chain bridges allow users to transfer assets and data between different blockchains. DAOs can use cross-chain bridges to interact with other DAOs that are built on different blockchains. There are a number of smart contract platforms that are designed to enable interoperability, such as Cosmos and Polkadot. DAOs that are built on these platforms can easily interact with other DAOs that are built on the same platform. DAOs can also develop their own interoperability solutions. This can be done by creating custom cross-chain bridges or by developing new protocols that enable interoperability. Here are some examples of DAOs that are achieving interoperability: Poldakot, CrossChain Labs and Interchain Fondation.

4 What are the challenges and risks of interoperability for DAOs?

Interoperability for DAOs is not without challenges and risks, such as compatibility, security, and governance.
