Culture is the invisibly accepted, often undiscussed way we work with those we work with. To change anything, especially for the better, you must first understand it. We’ve all seen the iceberg image that shows all the cultural and behavioral drivers under the water line which shape employee experience. Assessment tools are the equivalent to putting on the gear that allows you to explore below the water line. Safely, securely, and in stages. That’s the only way to identify the micro behaviors that need to change to become the place you’d like to work at.
