How can CSR strategies promote peace and harmony in the workplace?

In Indian context CSR is meant to be done outside the four walls of the company. It is to be dode for the benefit of the comunity you have identified from your strategy discussions. But you can promote peace and harmony in the workplace indirectly. Please encourage volunteering amongst your employees. When they participate in a community program they get to know each other better, they get to demonstrate their talent / qualities (e.g. leadership) that may not be possible in office environment. When they are back in office they bond well. They benefit from their new network of volunteer colleagues.The company benefits as well. They may take more initiatives in volunteering and company work. So this may indirectly promote peace and harmony.
