First listen, then search for parity solution of the conflict and say it to the involved parties. Repeating this exercise is almost always recognized by the top management

In my experience businesses are not run by Head only as promoted normally .it’s a balance of head and heart . We can make robots with head but we have to use heart too while making teams .
