Chatbots, in essence, are like the digital wizards of our time, equipped with the magic of AI. We all had that one genius friend at school who knew details and facts about almost everything, but you had to know how to engage with them, they weren't very in on social cues, and they were more than happy to help you out, but being friends with them required patience and knowing how to communicate in a way that they understand what you're saying - that's your chatbot. Kind of like Sheldon from BBT, minus all the friendship contracts and "bazingas".

Be warned of oversimplification. Chatbots can be very useful in providing a lot of information and detail, but overrealiance on the information provided without the nuance and experience of the interconnected of sustainability issues can lead to poor, and likely detrimental, decision-making.
