Nesse caso uma equipe de treinamento multifatorial seria importante para abranger a realidade da jornada dos casos, apoiado em uma cren?a mais sinestésica da transmiss?o de conhecimento. Imagino que nessa equipe teríamos o responsável pelo desenvolvimento do colaborador liderando de forma a criar um ambiente de aprendizado multidisciplinar (com multiplicadores de competências e comportamentos de área parceiras), prático (tanto em casos reais quanto na necessidade atual do treinado que ao trazer sua realidade aproxima o treinamento do ideal) e apoiado por competências transversais como pensamento crítico e flexibilidade cognitiva.

Moreover, there are workflow efficiency tools that are helping case managers find better ways of handling daily routine work that can take away the fatigue that comes from performing mundane tasks day over day. Case managers are the back bone of our Healthcare life cycle. Our healthcare system is as efficient as our case managers.

One of the most impactful improvement workshops (kaizen workshops) in which I have participated was a collaborative improvement workshop between the hospital team, including case managers, and local skilled nursing facilities.
