Creativity can be whatever works for the client. It can be big picture thinking to explore ideas and options, or, it can be a using imagery, movement, objects or metaphors. Creativity provides an opportunity to get out of our own way when visualising what could be next in a career.

Creativity can always be nurtured like any other skills. Having a career coach can make this nurturing faster and better,as most of us are good in planning but poor in implementation. Most of us,like students will study only if there is an examination. Most of also keep everything neat and clean only when there is an inspection.
