Something that has proven useful for me so far is using AI + RAG in middle term team memory. The recommended readings, post mortem, even scrum retro summaries usually collect dust somewhere in a shared folder or confluence-alike. Properly indexing your knowledge body in a vector database and then using it on conjunction with a LLM brings surprises. It really pays for itself if you stick with simple of the self integration of a couple of cloud tools.
