Und hier muss interne Kommunikation ansetzen und die Strategie in K?pfe, Arbeitsweisen und Entscheidungen der Mitarbeitenden tragen. Hei?t ja nicht umsonst Sinn und Ausrichtung und nebenbei wichtig für die Employee Experience.

Defendo que comunicadores (as) e diretores (as) sentem-se juntos a fim de clarificar os objetivos da comunica??o dentro da perspectiva do planejamento, miss?o e valores. As vozes devem estar em consonancia e nunca em atrito, mesmo em se tratando de um sindicato, por exemplo. é necessário definir qual o viés da dire??o, objetivos claros, um clima de paz e harmonia dentro da empresa e/ou institui??o. Enquanto o líder n?o for engajado, nenhum trabalho obterá pleno desenvolvimento. Necessário ética profissional e respeito com os colaboradores.
