If you, as a team manager, are not able to identify, with the help of your team, with the support of the organization, these areas of improvement, you will not devise an algorithm to do the trick for you. To apply an algorithm of sorts you need first to reduce your experience to data. If you cannot extract insights from your experience, you really do expect the algorithm to provide that from data?
