Being an administrator proactive is one of the attributes. You are a planner, you look at what's on your office desk and plan your work ahead example weekly, monthly. In that way you show reliability and accountability. You can work without being reminded of your responsibilities. Engage with your stakeholders and colleagues on meetings, tasks etc.

Overcommunicate! A frequent issue on group projects is a lack of communication. Be the one who steps up to keep the lines of communication open. This also works for being proactive. 1. Check in after a meeting to share notes. 2. Check in after deadline/ task is complete to confirm everything is acceptable. 3. Send reminders of upcoming deadlines and offer assistance. It's also good to just check in on co-workers even if you don't have a looming deadline.

Working with diversity, you need to portrait respect to all people regardless of their status. You should be able to blend with your team and also your stakeholders, be a good communicator and have leadership skills in order to lead. You must be an open minded person that is open to new ideas, innovation and feedback regardless whether is negative or positive.

This means dressing appropriately, being punctual, organized, and attentive, and using proper etiquette and language.
