Según mi experiencia es vital hoy trabajar en redes, y aprender a hacerlo de manera remota, a fin de que podamos generar, nutrir y /o acrecentar las habilidades interpersonales a fin de comunicarnos de modos más eficaces y eficientes. Generar y gestionar proyectos compartidos para acceder a espacios y personas que puedan contribuir a crear, cambiar, mejorar y /o elevar organizaciones, situaciones de diversos ámbitos, realidades que no favorecen a las Personas, ambientes, comunidades, etc

Es fundamental adaptarse a los cambios continuos, pero poder reflexionar acerca de por qué es necesario hacerlo. No todos los cambios son buenos. Aquí se ponen en práctica nuestros procesos de metacognición, labilidad, proactividad, creatividad, reflexividad. Tomar conciencia acerca de lo qué nos beneficia y de lo que no. Aprender a soltar cuando sientes que no puedes, no quieres o no tienes ganar de pasar a los siguientes escalones por diferentes motivos y salir airoso en busca de otras oportunidades.
