In my opinion, it is always helpful to start doing work on temporary/contract role without exploring entry into permanent job. It's always better to do work rather to sit idle in search of permanent and reputed organization. When we start doing work at any type, get familiar with ins and out of the things that show the new path of progress. My experience show that even a mediocre type employee started his career in a middle type organization on a temporary basis but his commitment to do work with sincerity and dedication, reach him to a high level achievement. Now his resume become powerful and capable to get high profile job. So, a permanent engagement is not key tool to achieve some extraordinary gain in life.
