While there are the key operational metrics , it's important to have those metrics talk the language of strategic priorities as well ...How is it advancing the strategic callouts? Are you able to articulate to your team , that the action they perform on the ground has an impact beyond the SLAs and metrics? That articulation is important..if at a team level, productivity and efficiency are the base level metrics , how by being focused on it at the ground level, you can raise the strategic stakes?
