We all know when we have made a mistake. The key is to not make it twice. It is either revealed or we can feel it. Its important to know that it is going to happen. no way around it, you will make a mistake. Mistakes are an important part of being a professional. It means your trying. if you've never made a mistake, you're lying.

Here's what I've come to realize: these ideas go hand in hand. Mistakes can sting, but that discomfort can be a powerful signal for growth. It shows we're pushing boundaries and learning. What are your disadvantages? Take my example - Mine are that I am 50 years old. Im a mom to an adult and a teen, a wife. I look after my inlaws. I have to look after my mom as well. I have changed many roles in my life from television to publishing and writing- Im a ghostwriter, a copywriter and substantive editor who does long form content and though leadership. I started two start ups. Im heavily into alternative therapies and personal development. I now do my own podcast on Youtube. My various roles and commitments prevented me from sticking to one career. Ironically, the same thing has given me so much unique perspective and insights that nobody could compare with me. Learning how to sell your disadvantages makes you authentic.
