By identifying trends in app behavior and following support questions closely our team can identify the pitfalls in our app and we release updates and fixes so quickly that sometimes the users barely knew there was an issue. Educational Technology is rife with roadblocks. Wading into the foray, I have been an advocate for the teachers, trying to equip them with the tools that will help students succeed. But one app the teachers like using has some material questioned by parents. While I continue to advocate to keep the app, the administration has decided to suspend it and not use it in the classroom. This setback felt like a failure on my part, but I was able to propose and secure alternative apps in the interim, so that the teachers at least would have something to work with.
