There's something to be said for being able to power through with positivity and sheer willpower, despite seemingly insurmountable challenges. What feels impossible is like sailing through fog. If you stopped because you couldn't see through it, you wouldn't get anywhere. Yet, if you take one careful step at a time, you can see a little bit farther. Use tools too, like a GPS tracker can help you foresee future obstacles, doing breathwork and meditation can help you navigate your inner experience. There's an amazing book by Sadhguru called "Inner Engineering". I highly recommend reading it and trying some of the tools.

Failure happens. It's what we do next that matters most. Integrity is key, so assuming we've already got that down pat, we now shift to grace. Hold the space for yourselves to grieve a mistake for a full deep breath, maybe 3 minutes, and then move on. It's the 'moving on' that measures our successes and gets us to the finish line, not counting the number of times we tripped along the way. Heal old wounds so new wounds don't trigger you, steering you off course. Do the deep personal work. Look at yourself with love, and let the lens of love filter everyone else's failures for you too. Resilience is the key, believing you can is the door.
