Il faut toujours mettre à jour son CV. Apres un poste de chef de projet, il faut mettre à jour sur le CV, les réalisations phares de ce poste, comment les défis ont été relevés et comment vos compétences et expériences seront utiles pour les positions qu'on cibles. On a pas besoin d'être trop long mais juste mettre en avant ce qui le plus marquant par rapport aux postes qu'on cherche

L'apprentissage continue est important pour tout travailleur. Qu'on soit en transition vers un autre poste ou qu'on soit deja en poste, il faut toujours identifier ses lacunes et essayer de combler avec la formation continue. on peut aussi identifier les skills qui peuvent nous aider dans notre nouveau r?le et trouver des formations qui les adresses. il existe maintenant plusieurs moyens de se faire, parfois gratuitement qu'on peut utiliser pour mettre à jour nos compétences et rassurer ainsi davantage nos employeurs sur nos capacités à faire le travail qui nous a été confier
