Si hay algo que he aprendido desde joven es a perder el miedo al fracaso. Muchas veces uno no pregunta o se queda en la incógnita y eso lo lleva al fracaso. Sin embargo la ganancia del fracaso en el trabajo, es que uno debe equivocarse lo antes posible! Para aprender de ese fracaso así mientras más fracasos acumules prontamente hace que tengas éxito a largo plazo. Si te falla un equipo, aprenderás a resolver ese fallo. Si estudiaste un defecto de calidad ya sabrás como resolverlo en el futuro. Si se te arruino una bomba y te involucraste en las cuasas de su fallo ya podrás prevenirlo.
