If we don't know, we can't grow. Failure let's us know what is not working, and how we can learn and pivot our approaches. Failure is an important part of learning, and not one to be ashamed of as it often shows the ability to innovate and take risks. Acknowledge what did not work, and how it can improve your future internal communications strategies. While this can be hard to master, you will be better for it personally and professionally.

Embracing reality is such an important part of the process. I can usually pinpoint where the mistake happened and it’s often just a matter of communicating with others during the process. I take full responsibility and write down what went wrong. That helps me remember not to make the same mistake again. I acknowledge the failure, take responsibility, and apologize. Sometimes it’s not easy because you sometimes have people on the other side, understandably frustrated, who can become unhinged. The goal is to remain calm, correct the mistake if possible, and move forward.

Approach the failure objectively. Step back and view it impartially, analyzing how the various elements worked or failed to work together. Don't take the failure too personally. This will allow you to gain meaningful insights to improve and prevent similar failures in the future.

Mas, quando falhar, analise o erro e as possíveis solu??es antes de levar o problema até sua lideran?a. Dessa forma, estrategicamente você já come?ou pensar em um plano de a??o e n?o apenas no problema.” Acho essa li??o muito valiosa pois deixamos de focar no problema (o que está feito, está feito) e passamos a focar na solu??o e melhorias de processo.

When I failed in my efforts, I've learned to embrace it as an opportunity to learn and improve. One particular instance where this resonated with me was when I sent out a company-wide announcement I got feedback that most people didn't see it. Instead of getting discouraged, I used it as a chance to reflect on what I could do differently. So, I went back to the drawing board and crafted a new approach that was more targeted and engaging. Pour progresser, il est parfois nécessaire de s'aventurer sur des terrains inconnus. De nouveaux canaux de communication peuvent émerger, et les nouvelles tendances peuvent se révéler être des outils puissants pour transmettre un message. à mon sens, être prêt à innover et à s'ouvrir au changement est essentiel dans l'élaboration de nouvelles stratégies de communication. Toutefois, il est important de ne pas altérer le message en voulant absolument innover, car ce n'est pas toujours la solution. Parfois, les bonnes vieilles pratiques sont bien plus efficaces qu'une innovation mal ciblée.

La transparence dans les pratiques, qu'il s'agisse de communication ou d'autres domaines de l'entreprise, est essentielle à mes yeux. Il est important d'être clair sur les changements auprès des membres du groupe. Accepter d'être vulnérable et imparfait, permet de créer un véritable sentiment de confiance et d'humaniser l'environnement de travail. Introduire des changements sans expliquer les raisons et les implications de ces choix peut être perturbant pour le collectif mais peut même aller jusqu'à l'ébranler.
