My working career change twice in a really opposite direction: I've study cinema and after bachelor I started to work for commercial and video communication for automotive sector, the 2 topic at the beginning were really different, but at the end teqniques were pretty much the same. After 2 years, because of covid, I lost my job and starting from nothing I decide to open a b&b after a while I moved myself to the decision on keep renting but without the breakfast service. I still work with that but at same time my mom's company was finding hard times and she needed someone to help inside of the company, so I took off and realese all my creativity I've learned by making videos to start working inside production.

In my experience, having moved from being a law enforcement Detective to a DFIR Consultant, I have found it extremely helpful to identify transferrable skills, especially those which and challenging to learn.
