Hay que mantenerse firmes dentro de los límites porque esto te da credibilidad y carácter (sin generar un mal ambiente).

Creativity as a culture. If we want to take creativity to its full potential in a company, we have to think about it strategically/systemically. Culture implies values plus behavior. To achieve that state, both bottom-up and top-down initiatives are important. They will equally contribute to the hard pursuit of building culture. While top-down initiatives stand mainly for vision and explicit policies to encourage the behavior as a part of all job descriptions, bottom-up ones will provide benchmarks and feedback to help build the day-to-day artifacts to boost collective creativity.

I think passion is the key to involve people working on a new creative project, more than assertiveness. And I believe creativity is the ability to follow the gut feeling and to make connections among ideas and people that were never explored before. And for that reason before embarking on a creative project I always research if someone already created something (no need to reinvent the wheel) and explore how it can be done better. The new delta is the spark that generate the passion. And passion is contagious.
