When you're just starting out, business context may not be . As it relates to the bottom line of the business and delivery to customers, you may not know: + What your team does to make business happen + How your team interacts with external teams + How the tasks you perform contribute to the goal + What the technology your work with provides Ask for real world examples to deepen your knowledge and allow you to think critically: If I say RPA, ask me what that stands for (Robotic Process Automation). You give me a blank stare: I say: We verify income for loans and manually enter salary into the system. To reduce errors/save time, we need to scan pay stubs into the system or connect to systems containing live payroll data. Takes notes. :)
