I often disagree with the resume becasue they almost never tell the truth about a person and what they can really do and what they are about. Often their resume can be empty but their drive is like 10 years of experience.

With the supply of developers being so much it creates a problem for work opportunities. You can have as much drive and enthusiasm however sometimes the one willing to charge the least gets the offer.
