Management, Focus and Followups. These are the major actions we have to take every single day to accomplish the objectives. If we do that no way to fail. We are going to have clear and wide view about the nexts actions we have to take. The big challenge is to put in practice. Discipline.

One of the most important action when it comes to People Management. Share responsibilities. "Not I am responsible BUT We are responsible to deliver, to accomplish these targets". When we do that we help create a positive and inclusive cultue. The challenge is to put in practice.
