Check in regularly to ensure their execution matches the goals, not just the minimums. We all have a different tolerance for the impact of measurable efficient design. Their conditioning and inexperience may result in a compromised effort. Work with them and talk through any issues so they don't drift off course.

Le plus simple est de travailler sous un même dossier partagé. Des répertoires de ce dossier pourraient regrouper les outils, des informations, les CR des réunions... Un "focus" sur les ressources les plus intéressantes peut également être abordé en comité de projet. Si besoin une formation sur les outils spécifiques peut être organisée lors du démarrage du projet pour s'assurer que tous ont la même base.

Ask better questions that envisage a more integrated and emergent design process and solution. Don’t shortcut human discourse with lazy unimaginative AI generated questions. Don’t embrace systems built on disconnected complications ( like delegated or partitioned design responsibilities ) - Instead. create a regenerative design framework that models the emergent properties of holistic complexity inherent in natural systems. Stop using the term sustainability - which leads to embracing approaches that offer minor incremental steps to slow down the impacts of an already degraded condition.
