One thing I've found helpful is to always have a "willing to try" mindset and to take every chance you can get at learning, advancing and expanding your areas of expertise. It's always important to master a few areas and have expert-level knowledge in them (such as social AR, Web AR or mobile AR, Javascript, C#, UX/UI design, 3D design, etc.), but having skills in other areas can help you stand out from other developers as it will allow you to be more flexible for your clients and overall offer more value to them. In this ever-evolving industry of AR, we must always be ready to adapt and continue our learning journey, as there are always ways we can improve our skillset and marketability.
