Virtual tours are increasingly the optimal way to go for those individuals who are not able to view a property prior to moving in , perhaps can not visit the state before the move date. It saves time and money and in most cases more economical . With a zoom in tour you are able to highlight apartments or homes from the comfort of anywhere in the world and have a multitude of options . Often time due to time it is more convenient than in an in person tour which requires more time

We have experimented with this technology but have not had a lot of success with it to do date. Most of our transactions are larger (north of 10M) so teh Buyers typically want to see the asset in person and tour it themselves before submitting a real offer.

I believe there are better solutions offered via AI based cameras, which can track work progress and throw up variances to schedules. Strategically placed cameras capture progress and tally them against a predetermined status and throw up anomalies.

One of the biggest reasons of delays that we have observed during the process of construction is the availability of the latest document on the site. Cloud based solutions allow super-cessation of old documents and replace them with currently valid documents, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and avoids errors due to conflicting information. A move towards digital documentation will itself ensure that site personnel move towards a more stable construction environment.
