With this, we can avoid unnecesary link between events and assumptions that can be really visualized if we do things one step at the time and confirm assumptions by working on problems gradually.

The key to delivery faster and with quality is technology, there is no other way. Not only digital suff but also processes and team dinamic and structure. AI, automation, devops, iteration time reduction, and other techniques should be analyzed in iteration 0 or when required to be able to improve the delivery time without impacting quality. More people does not help to resolve the problem or makes it even worst. The key takeaway for me when considering Agile is to question ourselves. Are we BEING agile, or are we DOING agile? So many times we see teams calling themselves agile because they have scrum-masters and daily stand-ups but these can quickly become just a symbol as teams slip back into more waterfall mindsets.

There is no silver bullet to such a formulated question as the fallacies can pertain to many different aspects. First of all, let's acknowledge - not all companies need to be Agile. Let's not be afraid to say it! Waterfall can be just as good for some companies, e.g. the very predictable ones. However, if you decide to go Agile and notice logical fallacies, the primary idea should be "take it to your team and colleagues".
