From personal experience, one way that I have found most effective is time blocking method. Time blocking can be done manually or digitally, whatever's comfortable. There are several time blocking apps like structured, planmore, Todoist, etc. I am currently using Structured which is good but planmore is a favorite choice among colleagues & friends.
