Personally, I find Twitter to be best for this (if applicable) because it's the most streamlined place to see all your shares. 2) At the end, ask your teammates "was there anything you expected to see, but didn't?" Add these to content calendar. 3) Show upcoming week's outlook on your content calendar. Again ask "anything missing from this plan?" initiative + transparency = trust
