Si on répond à une problématique alors la solution doit être per?ue comme une histoire naturelle. Avant de présenter toute la solution il faut échanger de manière informelle afin de tester votre discours et l'ajuster en fonction des réactions des interlocuteurs. Il faut être très sensible a leur body language pour savoir si ils achètent ou pas votre solution basée sur vos compétences. Par la suite il faut diffuser son histoire pour augmenter son taux d'appropriation et elle devient naturelle auprès des seniors voire ils ont le sentiment d'avoir contribuer à la solution même si ils ne disposent pas de la compétence.
