En mi experiencia como emprendedora, para definir donde quiero llegar, ha sido clave primero saber donde estoy. Cuando inicias un negocio, muchas veces te enfocas tanto en el hacer que pierdes el foco; por eso es clave medir primero para saber donde estoy, y que no solo sea mi "sentir" y a partir de ahí poder definir a donde quiero llegar y que tengo que hacer para lograrlo.

En mi experiencia adoptar los criterios SMART, ha sido clave para establecer y alcanzar nuevos objetivos. Por un lado me ha ayudado a estar enfocada (especifico y relevante), disminuir la procrastinación (medible, alcanzable y en un tiempo limitado) y al estar enfocada se activa mi sistema de activación reticular ascendente y me permite ver oportunidades que antes no veía.

Así como para poder definir un objetivo es clave saber donde estoy, así también es clave tener un sistema de seguimiento que me permita identificar desviaciones y también me permita realizar ajustes de manera temprana. En lo personal utilizar planes de 90 días y medirlos a través de: -revisiones semanales nos ayudan a priorizar esfuerzos -reporte mensual nos proporciona la información para la toma de decisiones tempranas -reporte trimestral nos permite hacer los ajustes necesarios para ajustar el próximo plan de 90 días.
